I recently came across Heartland Gourmet Gluten-Free Lemon Cupcake Mix in my local T.J. Maxx. The mix was simple to use, I only needed to add eggs, oil and water and cost $4.99 to make a dozen cupcakes. Heartland Gourmet Lemon Cupcake Mix is also dairy free, all natural and organic.
